My experience is both professional and personal, having completed numerous real estate flips and owned multiple rental properties over the years. I began investing in real estate in 2001 and earned my Arizona real estate license in 2008 after spending more than nine years in the financial services industry, specializing in first mortgages, second mortgages, and commercial lending.
